  • Application deadline for scholarship: December {year n-1}
  • Application deadline as self-funding: February {year n}
  • Official results: April {year n}

2018 Student Application Call

The application period for a scholarship to join our Master Program in Neuroscience Neurasmus is now over!

The eligibility check of the submitted applications will be performed in the next weeks.

For candidates who have the English test (IELTS - TOEFL - CAE - CPE) this month, we remind you that the score report should be sent to no later than January.

Without the score report by the given deadline, your application will be considered as incomplete.

Instructions for applying without a scholarship:

The application call is open to self-funded candidates (read more).

Before starting the process, read carefully the application guidelines. The application system will be open to self-funded candidates :

applyFrom Dec.12th 2017 to Feb.28th 2018 (SUBMISSION DEADLINE).

Any application submitted after 28th of February, 2018 will be automatically rejected.

Personal Data Use

The personal data of selected candidates/applicants (proposed for a scholarship/fellowship, put on the reserve list or enrolled on a self-paying basis) may be used for the purposes of evaluating the programmes, efficiently manage the projects, and producing statistics. Data could be made available to the EACEA, the European Commission, the European External Action Service staff, as well as to other stakeholders of the Erasmus+ programme, such as Erasmus+ National Agencies, National Erasmus+ Offices and the Erasmus Mundus Student and Alumni Association.

Candidates with special needs

handicapCandidates with special needs, i.e. who have serious health conditions and/or physical disabilities that should be taken into account, are invited to contact the Neurasmus Office by February 10th at the latest, once the Selection process is done.

They should notify their needs so the Neurasmus Consortium can adapt welcome facilities and teaching material in case their application is successful.
